SPEC was awarded this remarkable project in late 2019, prior to the pandemic slow-down. Despite the challenges, this endeavor pushed on with its services of EPC with Financing, including Design Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Commissioning, and Training with Operations and Maintenance for a 12,000 BPSD Gasoline Production Complex with all related utilities, tankages, loading/unloading, auxiliaries, and buildings.The main process units include Naphtha HDT, Splitter, C5/C6 Isomerization, and Semi Regen Reformer Unit.
